Hi!

So the dinner i made couple of days ago was maid up of. 

Main dish:

Spaghetti with lemon and mushroom sauce 

Together with a Salad with many different ingredients 

Drink:

Lemon water 

And for desert we had:

Chocolate cake with whipped cream with some lemon. I was also thinking about sprinkling some white chocolate on the cake but skipped it.

So the reason for the dinner: Didn’t really turn out as i was expecting but i had a great time. First of all it's quite fun making food, but making a dinner only for me is kind of boring. So to make it more fun i invited a good friend of mine. And then i also started to think about the reason, some years ago (12 November 2010) was a weird and fun day for me so i took the chance to make a fun dinner. The choice of food wasn't either totally random. It kind of represents different times we have had through the years :)

I also decided to exclude some of the things i was planning to include which i simply just will have to find another time to do :) Which is totally fine :)

As a conclusion the evening turned out great and i had a great time, good food, nice company and just a fun evening! Simply can’t be better. Okay if I could change one thing i would have moved my driving lesson to a later time the day after but hey it totally worked out anyways.
