It's the companies that should claim the importance not the customer

Today we have heard presentations about many different companies in Jämtland but also some outside of Jämtland and gotten to know their view of nature and what they do to work for a better environment.
Some of the bigger companies that work more as big concerns or incorporated companies do sometimes have certifications and such markings to make a clear picture of what they do. Some of them try to think some about the environment but more from a economic point of view. To make the costs less or to get a bigger income by doing curtain things, many of them don’t market that they have the environmental markings and such. From the outside and as a guest you don’t see or get to know anything about their work.
Many smaller companies don’t see the point either. Or they many times want to do something to help the environment but don’t have the capacity in knowledge to know what and how to do it or the economy to do it.
Something that shines through many of the presentations that comes from the companies is that the customers don’t ask for it or prioritize it when picking which hotel they decide to stay at or when the choose what restaurant and such.
In the other hand when it comes to business the customer doesn’t ask for the possibility of buying books in the food store but buy them anyways.
So the conclusion is, that the companies can’t expect the customers to know that they should claim that the companies that have the reason and possibility. Should work with the environment as a part of there company and should claim it to the customer that they should put the pressure on the companies. Because when the companies start claiming the importance the customers will to and then the companies that haven’t yet cared about the environment will have to put some more though in it, and maybe not over use the car when you as easily could use the bike and such.
