Hi!

 

You have to be the change that you want to see in the world. You can't wait for the change you have to be with apart of it and make it happen.

 

It easy to tell other people to change and that there has to be a change, it's so often so much harder to actually look at yourself and your job and do the same thing. Why? because we want to keep it easy and easy is the way it always has been done many ways. Change means new ways and sometimes ways that require more time and energy to make it work but in the long run the difference will be a fact. 

 

It's not about making other people change it's about changing your ways and incurging others to do the same thing! Eventhough it might require more energy and time in the beginning. 

 

I can't expect people to be or treet me different if i dont require it to happen if i let it be like it always have done it will be like it always has been. 

 

If i always leave the questions unanswered they wont be answered just because i want them to. It's about giving the question and requiring an answer!
